Drow, "Bael", broken out of jail.  Apparently.. Some wackjob civilian told an even more insane "Elaine" of Vesper the Drow "Bael" was broken out of the cells by rubbish Drow and is now back in L'Cress the Drow city of Rubbish..

Apparently he -is- gone, and Hoagie should do something!
