Indeed.

Vesper should always be considered a threat. If only because of their dire fashion sense.

Whilst they could have shaved Momo and instated him as Chancellor instead of Samsca and no-one would arch a brow this situation needs monitoring and our vigilance needs to be increased.

More patrols and sentries I say.
