To whom it may concern,

       It has been brought to our attention tonight that apparently Vesper has made an attack on Minoc. Myself and Me'an are going to look into this further for more information. Apparently Vesper's military force has defeated the peacekeeping force that was to hold Minoc from any Invasion.

       A individual had entered the tavern this eve and starting rambling about the invasion and stating that our "scouts" are poor scouts if they had not received any information on this matter. Junior Guardsman Gabriel, then mocked our scouts infront of the individual saying they must be to busy with "other matters" After a swift information gathering from the individual later identified as "Sanders" by Gabriel (which he seemed to know on a first name basis). I asked the individual if he was vesperian. Gabiel then mocked me saying how stupid I was for not figuring this out. Myself and Me'an then escorted the man "Sanders" out of Cove, since it was apparent that he had no real reason to be there then to get Cove involved with this battle.

      On a separate note, Gabriel seems to have a blatant disregard for the policies sent forth by you. In all knowing this man was Vesperian he should have escorted him out immediately after seeing he was not here for -diplomatic- reasons. He seems to be on some -God- trip. I am worried that his recent attitude toward the scouts maybe an underlying issue. Maybe involvement with the "brotherhood" I hope this will be investigated further. Mocking myself and Me'an for doing our duty is unbecoming of a solider of the same rank.
 
      It appears that there is to be another strike against the city tomorrow. I am unsure the time Vesper plans on doing this. I will try to find out. I have written down the conversation below. Thank you for your time.

Keane and Me'an,

Good work men.  I am pleased to see you both upholding your duties.  Also I would like you both to find out any further information regarding Vesper's intentions towards Minoc.  Any information on numbers or tactics they may use will be useful.

As for the other Junior, it just proves to show he was unworthy of the Squad and perhaps a blessing for us he chose a different career.
