Recently I came across a decent sized plot in Cove and for years the building i've been wanting to make was a dorms for the newer members of BoC who don't have a house at least IC. The building is South of Cove nearing the entrance to the pass by the orc fort.
There is storage upstairs for people and the boxes are also lockable. Any inquries send me or Keiran Vale an ICQ.
