Attention: Vesper's Territory

For all those without a functioning rational brain, it is discouraged that you step foot on Vesperian territory. Since the kidnapping of multiple Covian Guardsmen, their territory is highly hostile, especially for Guardsmen.

The only Guardsmen encouraged to step within Vesperian perimeters are Light Infantry intel gatherers, and Officers when direly needed.

As for Citizens, you are also discouraged unless on important business that may affect your income and way of living dramatically.

I do not see these conditions as unreasonable. They are for your own safety. In addition, I must emphasise further the importance of removing Vesperians from Covian soil if they arrive. In addition, they must by no means be armed or hostile in any way.

Until matters resolve themselves between the Baronship and Vesper, these rules should remain implemented. Any outstanding unanswered questions regarding this situation should be attached below or pigeoned to me accordingly.
