Arrest of Rhett Quinn

Dear Commanders,

Let there be known, that I, Leanne Melior, was able to arrest the man named Rhett Quinn. I found him in New Haven after all the time he was able to run from justice. He came along peacefully, so I threw him into the cells and took his belongings, such as lockpicks, herbs and other items he might have used to flee.

Note: I was not able to make any scetches, as my lazy good for nothin' powerful and glorious cousine took my scetchbook.
