Be it known that, by order of the Council, former Grenadiers Marcus Tel'var and Keitaro Kazami are wanted for TREASON, ASSAULTING A GUARDSMAN, and CONSPIRING AGAINST THE COUNCIL. A reward of five-thousand shillings will be awarded for each to whomever delivers these two criminals to Covian authorities alive. These fugitives from Baronial justice are believed to be being harbored by the so-called Order of the Silver Dawn, based in the tiny hamlet of New Hope to the south of the Bog of Desolation.PRIORITY TARGET: Keitaro Kazami

Notes: Being protected by the Order of the Silver Dawn and others local to New Hope. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with these people, as they have no respect for the law nor common decency. They have already violated the treaty that Lord Raziel von Richter signed with them some months ago, and will no doubt make every effort to impede the progress of justice in this instance as well.
