Casting License: Allows a Civilian to cast magical spells within Cove
Requirements:- Arcanist Courses: 2
- License Fee: 500 Silver

Boat License: Allows a Civilian to dock a ship within Covian Borders.
Requirements:- Company: Must own or be sponsored by a Covian Company
- License Fee: 100 Silver
Military Licenses:Armor Licenses:- Leather Armor: Recruit or Higher
- Ringmail Armor: Recruit
- Chainmail: Watchman
- Half Plate(Chainmail with plate arms and gloves): Junior or Higher
- Full Plate: Regular or Higher/ Junior Grenadier or higher
Grenadier Licenses:- Explosives License: Allowed to use explosive potions and Conflag Potions
- Full Plate: Grenadiers are the only soldiers given a full plate license at the rank of Junior
Scout Licenses:- Poison License: Allowed to place poison on weapons(70 poisoning required)
- Foreign Tactics License: Allowed to learn the tokunese arts of Ninjutsu.
Arcanist Licenses:- Explosive License: Allowed to use explosive potions(100 Alchemy required)
- Foreign Magic License: Allows the use of spellweaving or Mysticism
