Let it hereby be known, that I accepted the offer of Kal Shadowhand, leader of the Silent Blades, to assist us in our fight against those Undead people. His men will patrouille within our territory, mostly in the shadows. If you meet one, do not ask them to leave. They have been granted to stay in Cove for this matter.

Also, please note, that no guardsman shall stay outside the barracks all by him or herself. Always stay inside, if you're alone.
