I returned from my studies about human anatomy from Terort Skitas to Cove last night. I couldn't believe what I saw, cause it was absolutly nothing. The whole town empty, like a ghostly village... No reports on the desk, no one at parade, dust on the furnitures...
However... What even more suprised me was the smell of something familiar... The smell of a ruddy old bear fur.
My nose led me east, into the city of Vesper. At first glance, it looked empty, however, I soon got greet by a weird looking, fancy armour wearing soldier. He introduced himself to me, as I asked if the rumours about Escaflownes return were true. After some dialogue, I made him to lead me to him.
Indeed, the bear head got a bit grey in his old days, but he was still alive. After dishing each other obligated politeness, I've talked to him between four eyes. Speaking about the latest issues between them and us, we went on about other politics. Fair enough, we decided to have our current relations at the state of neutral. Vesper surely doesn't need any Covian protectors anymore, and Vesper will never trust us fully as long as we share an alliance with Yew.
From the Corporals mind, I suggest everyone to act as an eagle. Observe, see how the relations between Yew and Vesper go, and lets then decide which side to choose.
PS: Escaflowne also told me that he disbanded the Vesper Militia and therefor formed an army following Blackthorns principles of Chaos, before he became corrupted by Exodus.
