Arkwright Syndicate Opens New Headquarters
Located on scenic Llama Point, this structure offers a variety of amenities both for employees of the Syndicate's various business ventures and the general public! Designed by the Baronship's most talented architects, built by the most skilled crafters from domestically sourced stone and lumber, and decorated with quality furnishings crafted by local artisan Sarah Keres, this magnificent structure promises to be a fixture on the Household skyline for generations to come. The outdoors is home to a publicly accessible forge and anvil, so that ore imported via the nearby docks can be swifty and conveniently smelted.
The first floor is home to a cozy tavern, with seating for 19 people and one cat. Though currently unstaffed, talks are underway between the Green Goblin and the Arkwright Syndicate! For now, the kitchen is in use to serve the Syndicate's employees as well as the tenants of the building's 3rd floor suite, and the Syndicate's sole feline employee guards against pests and vermin.
Down the hall and to the right, a side chamber offers wary travellers the opportunity to bathe in privacy. Heated by a small wood-burning furnace and perfumed by the fragrance of drying flowers and imported soaps, this sanctuary provides a luxury until now only rarely found in Cove!
Upstairs, those of a more scholarly persuasion will find their literary appetites satisfied by a modest but cozy library - the personal collection of Mr. Nathan Arkwright, the Syndicate's chief executive officer. Now available to the public free of charge, Mr. Arkwright's collection includes tomes gathered from every corner of the known world, spanning every topic from Agriculture to Philosophy. The library also contains a shelf of Runebooks, gifted by an anonymous donor, and a private reading nook with luxurious, cushioned chairs.
The Arkwright Syndicate, and all of its subsidiaries, are pleased to open the doors of Llama Point to the general public, and look forward to conducting business with the great people of Cove.
