*TIME CHANGED* Shire investigation and reinforcing the walls:
The 23rd august
1800 GMT, Barracks rooftop.

A long-range patrol is to be held in the shire to reassure safety in this part of cove...We will build a fortified camp somewhere in the shire and we will patrol the graveyard and the ruins north of Vesper. We will also reinforce the walls of Cove.
