It seems we may have a vile plague on our hands, therefor by order of his excellancy Baron Octiovus Von Richter Cove Town is to be put under Quarantine.
All citizens, church members and militia guardsmen are to report to Cove Town on the ninth hour of the evening, for the duration of the Quarantine there shall be an open air tavern and a medical examination center for those who suffer from the plague.
