Following discussions with Vesper Council on Thursday eve, it has been decided that until the relevant Peace Treaty has been properly signed by both provinces, no Covian shall enter the Vesperian lands.
For the moment, this means from Vesper Crossroads onward.

Furthermore, no Covian is to engage in combat with any Vesperian.
Serious sanctions shall be implemented upon any guardsman or citizen that is found fighting a Vesperian, and the same for their opponent.

If the Vesper moongate is to be used, Covians must be lead there be a Militia Officer, via Roads ONLY.

Gah i live just outside cove in vesper! I set up a covian outpost there *grumbles* Ill have to sleep on the floor of the barracks!
