Leafing through old papers, Khae sighed. He needed something to occupy the East Covian Trading Company. The cloth trade had dried up and they needed something new to do. Looking over old reports - Mining Expedition, Cloth Caravan, Covian Road - he suddenly stopped. Covian Road? The old plans had been laid down by Cambylobacter some time before, but only the basics. It had yet to be built. But such a large operation would require a lot more manpower than he could call up on. Fishing a sheet of paper out of a drawer, he read quickly through. Kendric, Chopper, Gareck Hallows, Hew Phella... These could perhaps assist in building it? But he'd also need someone to map where the road should go, someone to oversee the building and someone to administer the building...
