I know that scouts parade arm is a spear and everyone else has halberds....
I think it would be nice if each sqd had a different one. Like the grens a Longbow.
Scouts spear, Highlanders shield, dragoons war hammer (All the dragoons are macer fighters) and people not in a sqd use halberds...
Just a thought.

An intresting idea for sure, but i think it would make parades and such look awfully messy. There's no such trouble with halbreds and spears  Smiley

I concur with Vince there, even if we highlanders have been using our shield and a viking sword as parade arms.

That thing is also a pain in the ass. Just mix the parade together, trying to get the squads together always makes it hard to form the parade...
