The Arms-Master Tournament
(Results !)
Well, as planned the first Arms-masters Tournament went ahead as scheduled
and we had an excelent turn out, 12 people, mixed Guardsmen and Civilians
turned up to compete, but only 10 actually took part.
Round One
Let Battle Commence...
First up was the longest round, the round which kicks out the weaklings and
leaves us with the best of the best, the knife to the butter, the coconuts to the
peanuts.... *Scribble scribble*
Anyway ! all the contenders were noted down, and they were...
Tiberius - Accepted Guardsman of the Covian Militia
Malink - Body Guard to the Baron of Cove
Feraz - Junior Guardsman of the Covian Militia
Ryan Greystone - Recruit of the Covian Militia
Cassius Livius - Junior Guardsman of the Covian Militia
Armand - Mercenary
Hrothgar - Captain of the Covian Militia
Grief Dryth Gry - Senior Guardsman of the Covian Militia
Shadwell - Sergeant of the Covian Militia
Bors Grimson - Junior Guardsman of the Covian Militia
Fight One
Ryan Greystone vs Cassius Livius
Thie battle started off with Ryan swinging some deadly blows, at a point it
looked as if he would win, but alas Cassius managed to turn the fight around
the fell the poor Recruit
Winner: Cassius Livius
Fight Two
Feraz vs Armand
This fight was one sided all the way, Feraz' kryss was no match for the deadly
strikes of the mercs halberd and he soon fell to it, leaving Armand the victor.
Winner: Armand
Fight Three
Grief vs Malink
Another quick fight which ended in Grief falling to Malink, Maul power !
Winner: Malink
Fight Four
Tiberius vs Hrothgar
This fight was well matched, with the two axers mashing at eachother, at the
end of the scuffle, only one man was left standing
Winner: Tiberius
Fight Five
Shadwell vs Bors Grimson
In this fight a Junior fought a Sergeant... and the obvious victor was...
Winner: Shadwell
Round Two
The Battle Continues...
With the grunts withered out, it was time for the professional matches,
with a shot at the final in sight, this was a tense time for the contenders
let round two commence !
Fight One
Cassius vs Malink
The Guardsman and Body guard face eachother in the second round,
but the militia prevails !
Winner: Cassius
Fight Two
Armand vs Tiberius
Once again, two axers pit against eachother in the second round, but
alas this time the Guardsman falls.
Winner: Armand
Shadwell was Automatically moved into the next round due to no opponent
Final Round
The Finals !
Armand Honourably steps aside to evade the qualifying stage for the finals,
and Shadwell and Cassius are entered for the final battle for the mystery prize.
Final Fight
Shadwell vs Cassius
In this final round we have it split into 3 seperate rounds, the results were as follows...
They both entered the arena, eager to win the prize, though with quick feet and a
quick weapon hand, Cassius pulls it off.
Round one Victor: Cassius
Now aparently warmed up, the Sergeant was ready for round two, he had to win this
to stay in the tournament. Battle began and it looked as if the Sergeant would pull through
but unfortunately the Sarge fell again meaning...
Round two Victor: Cassius
Congratulations to Cassius for winning, your name will be recorded in the Archive of Champions
Final Results
Winner - Cassius Livius, Junior Guardsman
Runner up - Shadwell, Guardsman Sergeant
Tournament Host - Arc, Guardsman Corporal
