This man sketched above is wanted for immediate questioning.
Upon confrontation detain immediately and contact either myself
or Regular Scout Jenifer Feather. The man is wanted for ordering
an assault on several guardsman and is suspected of being
involved in illegal trading in Cove.

A reward will be availible to the guardsman who captures this man.
