Background:
Darek is the second son o' a Legendary Archer of the Skara Brae 1st Regiment Army. While 'is father was away in Fel slayin' murderers or just out to war Darek 'elped 'is mother around the farm house they owned towards the north point o' Skara. Until one day when a rival o' Darek's father and some friends burned down they farm while Darek and 'is family was in town doin' some shoppin'. They then moved to Haven. They nay liked it there as much as the great ranger city Skara Brae. After 'is father retired as a war hero and he 'elped 'is father around the farm. Then 'is father opened a shop downtown Skara Brae. It then formed as a club or guild. The Ranger Guild t'is now known as. T'is west o' the bank. Darek 'elped 'is father sell ranger needs such as arrow, bows, etc. When he turned 18 he decided he wanted to live up to 'is fathers title and find an army tha' he could leave his own mark on. After a year o' searchin' he heard o' the great Baronship o' Cove. As he seeked fer this militia he found a soldier named Vlad. Now Darek is part o' the greatest army in the north. Darek now seek revenge on a powerful Shaman who struck his brother, Michael, dead infront of his eyes. And will continue his quest with his brother and the Arcanist to save his parents. Darek is part o' the Grenadiers now at the rank o' Junior. Workin' 'is way up, one day 'e 'opes teh finish 'is trainin' an' head home teh Skara Brae teh restart the fallen armeh. When fully strong 'e hopes teh fight with Cove against the loyalists.


     About six months ago Darek left Cove with his brothers in search of his parents. Finding a powerful wytch that could help him, he ran into a fierce beast that killed his brothers. Now all alone and weak due to his feelings affecting his choices, Darek went forth to Nu'jelm to find his parents and slay the brigands that took them. After many moons of walking Darek found the camp that the wytch foretold him about, it was nothing more than some burned scrap from tents and under one of the fallen ashed tents laid two corpses. After wiping the black ash off of them he reconized them as his mother and father. Finally ending his pain for their loss he decided that he needed to be home. Almost making through the rugged lands of Britannia, he bumped into an old hag. Knocking her things down by accident, she got disturbed and layed a curse on Darek. Waking up the next morning, he couldn't remember anything of his past but vast things and was turned into a Drow.
       After a month or two he started having dreams of a place called Cove and other vast things. Acting upon one of them that seemed important, he rushed to his home village of Skara Brae where he found his cousin, Charlie Brown the Mayor of Skara Brae dead, and his nephew Gregory, son of Michael, his older brother. After having Gregory help him remember some of these dreams he told Gregory to go to Cove until he can find help for his "condition". Finding his "help" in the land of Ilshenar, he returned home to Cove to forever more fulfill his duties as a Grenadier to protect his Lord Baron Octiovus.

Teh become part o' Cove's Command an' be in charge o' 'is own group o' men.
