Guardsmen take notice, members of the orginization known as "Collegium Ditio Potentia Lex" are to be arrested on sight. The Collegium is charged with the following crimes.


-Assault on Covian Guardsmen
-Kidnapping
-Having a too complicated name
-General name calling
