[RTR] Rules and purpose of this board.

This is a board to list and keep track of all those citizens of Britannia that have been branded as heretics by the church of Cove, for whatever reasoning. Only church members may post topics on this board. Each post shall contain the name of the heretic and various details on what must be done to this person if found. Juniors and above may lead patrols to seek out the individuals who are listed on this board, and will receive rewards from the church for doing so. All information on this board is to be considered public, and known to all.
