*A letter is placed into the Captain's mailbox*

Greetings Sir!

Below I have drafted out a new and harder Recruit Cadre, designed specifically to further test and develop our newest soldiers. This should improve the overall effectively of our Soldiers.

A Suggestion Regarding the Recruit Cadre:

The recruit cadre should be reorganized. Instead of a single session, we should make it into three separate, yet «linked» together. This should also serve as an introduction into the reality of being a soldier of the Covian army.

These three sessions should be composed of:
  • One preliminary training much like the current one, focusing mainly on discipline and basic orders, as well as the rules in the army.
  • The next two sessions (Days) should be used to conduct an extended field trip of all the Covian lands, all while learning how to make and break fortified camps, fighting in formation, etc...
  • The entire cadre, should be supervised by an officer.

This is just a preliminary draft sir, but I hope you can at least consider it.
