Barracks Roof Training Session

Led by: Kelly Sanderson, Regular Scout.

Attending:
Hoagie, Dragoon Sergeant
Tiberius, Senior Guardsman
Dalamar, Regular Scout
Rose Amara, Guardsman Recruit
Lucas Gabriel, Guardsman Recruit
Marcus, Watchman.

To start this training session off, I asked them all to get out various pieces of equipment, such as bandages, bedrolls, light sources etc. I must insist that the army lacks bandages at times and are in a desperate need of bedrolls. I then did an armor check, to make sure everyone's armor was up to scratch. The recruit and watchman's armor was perfectly in shape. However, the more SENIOR members of the army that attended: Their armor was a different case altogether. Let's just say, well.. It needed a bit of attending to.

We then did a simple healing exercise, that proved not to be so easy for some of the recruits and watchmen. It was basically where we split into two teams and one team healed the rest of their team members, and the other team simply attacked. So we scrapped that idea after the first dismal attempt. Instead, I changed the rules so that both teams could attack. Basically, it was a team VS team thing, and both teams tried to heal each other's team. This seemed to go down a lot better, as both team's rules were fair and equal.

To finish the training session off, I said that a free for all was to take place. At the last minute before it started, I declared that they should all chase after Hoagie instead. Which they did. And he stayed on his feet for a good couple of minutes before finally falling to his feet. After that, I lined all of them up and gave them a dismissal.

Signed: Kelly Sanderson, Regular Scout.
