Dear Commander, I Kal ShadowHand come to you as I am to do a Loyalty test to prove that I am loyal to Cove. Even though I have proven my self many a times, the Church would like to see it personaly. As I only need to attend one more mass, and then the loyalty test by the Army of Cove, I hope that you can set forth a Test for me so I can once again prove my self worthy as a Coveian Soldier that I do belong in Cove.

I will do the test as prompt as I can after I attend on more mass, for I do so want my Regular Scout Badge back. Scout in the begining and I will be a Scout till the end. Thank you for your time Commander for I do know that you are a buisy man.
