Obidah mumbled as he looked around the Covian Shire, then beyond it. "Damn them other gangs... This is goin' ter be Hat territories soon 'nough though... *He rubbed his beard, Grinned wickedly, before heading to the local Scribes house.

"Good day to you, thieves;
This is an order from Mr. 'Lynch'"

The Task:

Local gangs need to be pushed out; they need to know 'The Hats' are here to stay.

*Find Bandit camps around the Cove area and 'deal' with them.

Conditions:

*Atleast Ten Bandits must be slew, and a total of 1000 gold must be collected.
*A straw hat must be placed at every camp and a picture taken. Let the bandit world know that 'The Hats' mean business.
*This May be completed only ONCE
*May be attempted by ANY rank.
*A Full Report must be placed in this thread.
*This is a PvM and RP task. You can simply hack and slash, or be a little more creative.

Gareck stands proudly, his short spear's point digging into the neck of a travelling scribe, proudly describing his heroic defending of The Hats!

What took place:

Firstly, I knew that I didnt want to embarass the other Bandits too much, so rather than doing it all by myself I enlisted the aid of a local warrior, obviously paying her what she was worth... Nothing!


Showing my natural business sense...

She didnt quite understand my proposition so I had to make my offer quite clear to her, as any good businessman would...


Explaining the options left to her..

Eventually, she accepted my generous offer and we set off into the woodland... We'd been searching for almost an hour when we came across some lady a-wondering. So I asked her a few questions as to find the location of any Bandits and whatnot... She was not helpful at all!


My not-so-useful source...

So, we trudged on into the woods once again.. and finally, after many hours of searching found a camp! Clearly used by bandits and brigands, I searched for people but couldnt see anyone!


It seemed clear..

So, I thought, to show them that they werent allowed there anymore, I left my spare hat in the centre of the camp.. That will show them!



Then, all of a sudden, Betty pressed her sword into my back and said...

Betty: "You fool, you really think I'd let you Kill my gang?!"
Me: "Yer teh fools womans! Ye's realleh thinks ye can kills mes!?"
Betty: "If you touch me, I will be avenged!"
Me: "Tha's wha' ahms 'opins fer!"

And I stabbed her, right through the heart! She crumpled at my feet, I looked down at her, smiled and placed a hat on her lifeless corpse...

"Tha' wills teach ye's ter mess aboot wi' The Hats!"


Thats one Gang Leader down...

After that, I walked over to one of the chests that was lying about, stabbed my spear into the lock and wrenched it open, inside there was a total of 1032 gold coins and several precious jewels that I have taken for the gang..

Gareck slits the scribes throat with his dagger... Nods once, then leaves...
