I would like ter bring ter yer attention the fine work of two Covian citizens this eve.

We had many new recruits to kit out and our stores were all but bare, but the fine work of Miss Emms who was later joined by Mister Jarl should not go unrewarded.

I told them to work with much haste and not ter waste time with sketches as they crafted armour, tools, and wove ball after ball of yarn which was later cut into thousands of yards of cloth.

I therefore recommend that they be awarded shillings as follows:

Maria Emms - 125 Shillings
Amon Jarl - 65 Shillings
