Anyone know how? It doesnt help having 00 Arms Lore, since that will make 36% DI.

If you're an elf you might not get the jack of all trades that humans get. So it might make them 35

Jacky has a point there.
Standard exceptional weapons have 35% damage increase.
You get a +1% damage increase for every 20 points of armslore you have.
Naturally since humans have an innate 20 skill in everything, the base is 35 + 1 = 36.

Elves don't have this bonus, thus elves would get a basic 35% DI at 0 armslore.
