It's a damn long journey up there and loyalist owned land to boot! I like my wine but I'm not prepared to die for it!

Hmmm... Mister Gry's lease at the Goblin has expired... I have an idea!

Mister Striker,

I hereby offer you a chance to pick up the lease for the Green Goblin tavern in Cove. Hardened Guardsman Gry has declined the opportunity to extend his lease, so the chance to run Cove's only tavern is yours.

However the old place could do with a spot of paint and a redesign to accomodate some rooms for weary travellers is a must.

There is one stipulation however. Carlotta must be allowed to continue in her position of barmaid.

~ Take over the lease for the Green Goblin tavern.
~ Oversee works carried out to refurbish the tavern.
~ Negotiate a suitable contract with Carlotta to keep her on the tavern staff and perhaps hire one or two more civilians to help out in the tavern.
~ Arrange an opening party to welcome patrons to the refurbished tavern.
