A few nights ago, after a diplomatic meeting with Duke Irvyn, our beloved Commander decided the best way to show our solidarity with Trinsic was by ordering Cove to clear the streets. Of course he didn't catch up until later and Company Arcanist Mercy was even allowed to remain behind and finish her meal at the Rose, but the rest of us set out for battle !
A decidedly powerful militia has recently taken control of the city, assisted in some part by the Orcish, but we were not deterred. With the help and direction from some local guards we got down to the task at hand. It wasn't easy, the occupiers wore magically reinforced armour which allowed them to weather an immense amount of punishment, so naturally we just hit them harder.
From the look of their uniforms I'd say we killed several of the higher ranking members of the ragtag militia, perhaps even some generals. We progressed through the town, intially beginning at the park and then circling around past the Royal bank until we were back at the start. Once the streets were relatively clear we thanked Trinsic for their help and those of us from Cove that still remained were dismissed.
