Appearance: A small framed young woman with very little muscle, fair skin, and a light dusting of freckles across her nose. Her hair is roughly shoulder length, brown, and mousey. She usually keeps it tied back into a relatively short ponytail. On her upper left arm there is an "A" branded into her flesh. There are small scars on the top of her right little finger, her throat, and on her inner right thigh. In the centers of both hands and feet there are nasty, jagged scars.

Personality: Unlike her nine siblings, Abigail Keres is babbling, talkative, reckless ball of energy. To a degree, she possesses the innocence and naivety of a sheltered child - likely the result of twenty two years of the aforementioned nine siblings constantly being on hand to keep her out of trouble. Abigail also happens to be the only Keres to show any talent in the art (or curse, as some would say) of Magery.

Abigail tends to blunder around somewhat cluelessly, grinning broadly and chattering away even during the most dire of situations. It's a small miracle that she's able to make the proper incantations to cast spells between her numerous rants and raves, the subjects of which are seldom clear even to her. As a direct result of her hyperactivity, she tends to lack much caution or common sense - a fact that commonly gets her into trouble. Her energetic and talkative ways commonly come across as rude.

Notably, Abigail is also the only Keres who actually enjoys the relative warmth of the mainland's climate.

Style of Magery: Abigail never received any proper training in the use of Magic, and is largely a self-taught Arcanist. This is likely why her techniques are for the most part crude and amateurish, though certainly unique. A favorite method of hers is to fling the key ingredient of a projectile spell at her opponent, and then invoke the spell: hurling, for instance, a black pearl into the air and transforming it into a ball of fire mid-air via the incantation "Vas Flam".

Background: Abigail Keres, the youngest of ten, was born eighteen years after her eldest brother Torrak, in a small town on Dagger Isle. As the youngest of ten, she has always led a rather sheltered life. Even now, as a member of the Covian Army, her brother Torrak (now an officer) does everything in his power to keep her mostly out of harm's way. Abigail has always been close with her various siblings, which led her to follow Torrak to the mainland soon after his departure. Ironically, she enlisted in the Covian Army as a way of "Keeping an eye on him".
