Reports for Morana

Dear sir, 
Following your request of me a fair amount of information came my way last night by a coincidental meeting of someone who was present at the time of Railen's abduction.



The man introduced himself as Dirk Faust and seemed to have a knowledge of the goings on in Vesper.  I made sure to question him as best as I could about what had happened with Railen.



The man seemed entirely incompatent and kept making excuses of why he had not even thought to offer any aid, instead he was too interested in looking after his own life.



I did however manage to get the name of another person who could also be held responsible for what happened.  I will try and find him sometime and see what he has to say about this.

After Dirk left I was approached by a woman from the shadows who also had some information to spare.  She seemed to recognise the description of the woman that was given.



She told me of how this woman is connected to those guardian worshippers who have been around recently.  Afterwards she showed me the same place recruit Me'an was tortured at and a nearby building that this red haired woman took her into.
