To Whom it may concern,
Due to Resent Kaladorian activitys i knew i must write this thick leter, i warn ye ye are in for a read, Im no exspert in law, but it may be possible the Kaladorians and the Veserins have a old treaty that may still be in effect. i was in the swaggers when i heard the noise of something odd i went downstairs and found a blue Bug. i killed the beast without hesitation. i looked about and noticed a door i went in to find an office. i was snooping through the items in the office when i Stumbled across a Vesper Kaladorian Treaty. after Almost thirty minutes i managed to copy the treatys articals. they are included in the package with this report. I will Report More when i know more.
