Why cant you see

you needed someone to talk.
     ive always been here

  you needed a hug when down.
     i was there when nobody else was.

   you needed an Esxape.
     I got a ride and got you out.

   You said you were feeling down.
      I was down there trying to lift you up.

   when you cried.
     i was ready to fight for you.

    when you yelled at me,
      i lowered my head in defeat

    when you met them.
      i stayed back and watched you.

     when they hurt you.
       you could come back to my arms.

      when someone insulted you and tryed to fight you
        i was up befor you or he were.

      you said you wanted to feel safe with someone.
         i cried that night wondering why you wernt safe with me

       you told me to walk away and forget.
         i cried praying to god you were just mad.

         you walked over while i was upset.
            i hid my tears and looked at your neck not your eyes

         you talk to me about a person you love.
           my heart dies a little wondering

        you said im not you type.
          i think, you dont like some shirts till you try them on.

       you say your lonely
         i laugh because i dont think you know the meaning.

        you wonder every night what their arms would feel like.
           i wonder why you cant see.

Thats nice, its all very true in life. I think other people see things clearer or differently than others when its related to them, its best to take a step back from yourself and just look from a distance.
