The corpse of a woman was discovered washed up in Cove this eve.

Her face was ruined and unrecognisable, her frame skinny and malnourished and her hair matted, reddish auburn in colour.

Her wounds appear numerous and she is clad in the remnants of a white shirt or blouse and dark cloth kilt. A tell tale band of pale skin on her ring finger betrays the fact that she would seem to have been married for some time.

The body was discovered by Commander Morana and two Commoners, Spud and Manny.

Rumours abound that the body washed up on Cove's shore was no other than that of the Waywatcher Tanya Dart, wife of the Yewish Captain Bladius.

Friday eve a delegation of high ranking Covian officials including the Baron, Commander, Captain and Officer Cadet Trefynwyd travelled to Yew to offer their condolences in person to the Yewish Captain.

Arrangements were later made for the Yewish to collect the body of Mrs Dart and return her to Yew.

Spud thinks to himself that it is a massive shame that the woman ended her life and washed up in Cove. He wonders the circumstances of her death and hopes he never witnesses another washed up body. It was a highly disturbing sight for him.
