Task: Hold a Recruit Cadre

What to teach:
~Basic parade and battle orders.
~The importance of keeping their armour and weapons in good order, as well as maintaining a survival kit, bandies, potions and petals.
~Make sure they know about Cove's Army and rank structure.
~And anything else they will need to grow in the ranks.

Other Info:
Place the report in the main thread.
This can be done once a week by a soldier of Junior rank.
At least 2 other guards must attend of the rank Watchman or Recruit.
