You will go head to head, stating to the people why your hat is the best in all Britannia! Does it know any tricks? Any interesting stories? We want to know because we, the people, will be voting who's hat is the best!
The winning hat will gain a generous prize, and replicas will be made for everyone to wear for the remainder of the week! (Does not apply to military personel.. for obvious reasons!).
