To the Command Staff,

This eve I was alerted to Watchman Cor'Vani having been hospitalized after an attack.
Initial information was that Collegium forces had done the deed. Insuring the medical condition of the Watchman to be stable I began questioning. From what Watchman Cor'Vani told me it seems one man claiming to be a merchant lured him from the Green Goblin to Cove Bank. Upon their arrival the Watchman found himself to be surrounded by at least three attackers. A portal was opened and he was shoved through to a location bearing much sand. He claims to have been lead into a very large, tall building. Inside even more persons of this group appeared to him before he was taken into a room and either tortured or operated upon in a surgical manner. They where no doctors as the Watchman claims to have them passed out from pain. When he awoke he could see nothing and was later to discover his eye had been removed yet somehow replaced with another. Miss Morana has the eye bandaged so I did not see this for myself. I can inform you all that reattaching an eye much less putting another diffrent one back into a person has never been performed and no standard of medicine can explain how this was accomplished through anything other than wytchcraft. But still not even by wytchcraft have I seen limbs larger than fingers reattached and never has an organ been replaced by wytchcraft. In theory eye which had been cut, punctured, or burned could be healed by magics and even some medicine but I possess no knowledge of transplantation. For what purpose this was done I can only guess, though my suspicion of wytchcraft in the mending of this eye could be part of the eye itself. . ..  what end a magical eye inside one of our watchman would possess for our enemies can also not be determined.

The watchman remains in the hospital and I have ordered him to rest, physiological repercussions could be imminent and devastating, for that reason I am placing Watchman Cor'Vani under suicide/security watch until the order is resended by higher authority.
