Watchman Me'an has written a report regarding this matter.  I believe Recruit Heather is going to attend the meeting, so I will have Scout shadow her for safety.

Here are my findings on the more basic details and concerns with this individual. Before leaving, I ensured he was chained to the cell and his feet shackled together. We do not want a re-occurance of the escape of Mischief. The "Junior"'s language was vulgar in a few parts, and his attitude dry and supposedly humorous to him. Kal had previously been asked by me to keep watch on the perimeter and exits of the Barracks, whilst Kobra went to gather Recruit Heather's side of things.

After I had locked him back in his cell, I sent Regular Nicholi to question the Junior further, and warned the Recruit of her safety, incase he may have had any accomplices in this crime that may still be hanging around.
