Whack Tha' Savage!! Plus Drow Hunt!

Well met, guardsmen.

Late afternoon yesterday after Sergeant Sanderson's Titan Hunting, I noticed there were a lot of guardsmen standing round nay doing much! Having developed a hatred for seeing guardsmen sitting idly, I decided to make use of them! Grenadier Sergeant Keres kindly mustered a few chaps for me and also messaged our allies, the Guardsmen Militia of Yew, who sent a few soldiers our way.

Whack Tha' Savage
After gathering our small force, Sergeant Keres and I went about directing the squad to the Savage Camp in Ilshenar via the Covian and Compassion Moongates. I briefly explained the rules as the squad split and organised themselves into pairs for what would be a twenty minute hunt in which guardsmen would attempt to gather as many Savage Masks as possible!

Things get a bit sticky when a Paragon Bog Thing shows up!

After twenty minutes of fighting, and dodging Paragon Bog Things, the clear winners emerged as Lieutenant Daven and First Waywatcher Daichi of Yew!
Following this bold victory we ventured back to the Compassion moongate and discussed what we'd be up to next! It was decided that we'd give a Drow Hunt a try in the depths of Despise!

Drow Hunt
We immediately set off to Despise, with some gating help from our arcanist, Junior Bersi, and had Sergeant Keres lead us down to a secure location near the resident Ogre Lords! There I explained the rules of the Drow Hunt and sent off the Yew and Covian guardsmen on a twenty minute timer! There were brutal tactics involved, particularly by the Sarge, but the Drow King of the evening turned out to be Lieutenant Daven.
