Regarding Your BackThis assumes your problem is in the lower back area, and tbh this is important advice for all gamers and moderate to heavy computer users; * Try doing more core exercises if not already. * Consult an oesteo/chiro/physio and have your legs measured (in some cases back pain can be a result of leg length discrepancy). * Stretch your back lots, particularly when hunching over at the computer for long periods of time - and on that front, try improve your sitting posture if its not already mint. I'm currently experimenting with my back and have been doing so for about the last year and a half (after my injury). I had my legs measured and was told my right leg is 2cm shorter than my left, which has caused a lot of problems and was only aggravated by long distance running - but correctable with a heel lift in my right shoe. However, can't beat core exercises. I'm pretty lame with my core work-outs but a strong core really locks in your lower back and helps secure your pelvis - which is usually where the problem resides. Enjoy the break dood! x Surya/Eason So secure the pelvis, Dem!
