I have two farms to customize!

Okay, I am going to customize a farm house and a full-fledged farm.. The houses are right near each other, the house with the farm house will have a small farm area on it.. The house with the BIG farm will have just a small armory or something of the sort..

Use test center or UO home builder and post your designs here!

After that I will be seeking help from folk to deco my houses all up, after that I will take my leave from UO to sort real life out.. It will be easier for me to tackle real life as soon as I tackle the life in UO... It will take SO much more stress off me..

I am doing this just to make altmere look better... one of my houses is horribly ugly and the other is a big empty plot, we don't want nothing but empty plots while I am gone now do we?

Ok! Here is one design. Pretty simple and I think most of the stuff there can be acquired in game. I 'think' the roof can be replicated in game too.

Yes, that is why I am making them before I take a break, the apple and pear trees I cannot afford, I have not much gold atm, and I know those sell for like 500k from the heritage reward tokens..

I am going to have to try and use what deco I have on both of them, which isn't very much, then I am going to have to organize all my stuff...

As I told you before, I once helped someone organize his house and it took us together 3 hours to do his entire house.

I can tell you the easiest way, imho, is getting 10/12 bags, and coloring them all different colors.

You then use each color for a certain category.

For instance-

Rares
Clothing
Armor RP
Armor (Non RP)
Weapons RP
Weapons (Non RP)
Furniture
Magic items (regs, spellbooks, rune books ect)
Bulk item resources (wood, cloth ect)

.. just for starters.

Then, just chests you can stack, and engrave them for what they are.

It makes it go a lot faster honestly.

No I guess it depends.  The fella I helped had tons of stuff and we ended up with easily 20 chests, and 3 other containers.  He had alot of stuff!

The best way to start sorting it is to completely wipe the house, place a wall on every space so the contents goes into the movable crate. Create the design and slowly move stuff out of the crate into bags/crates. Theres no major rush eh

Aye, that's what I am basically doing, I am actually separating the armor weapons and artifacts into chests that I have downstairs and the rest will be in barrels, I already have my bags organized, I just need to take them out and put them elsewhere.. I have all my gorgets, in ONE bag.. 

And.. I only need like 3-4 trees, right now I have holiday trees out.. It's too bad I can't buy apple and peach trees on gamecodes, otherwise I would..
