Commanding Officer: Buttons, Regular Grenadier
Guardsmen in Attendance:
Bersi, Arcanist Cadet
Rita, Junior Grenadier
Key, Junior Grenadier
Morgar Dyn, Junior Guardsmen
Dwarlah, Guardsmen recruit
Keres, Grenadier Captain(Orc fort)
Pickles, Arcanist Cadet?(Orc fort)

I decided to lead a training to show the recruit a little about how we fight so we went to the fields and had some crosshealing training in combat. We didn't have that many people so we couldn't go over an advanced games, instead I formed them into teams and they just fought it out in the fields.

Team 1 ~
Bersi
Morgar

Team 2 ~
Rita
Key
Dwarlah

Dwarlah's new so we put her on a team with three people. Didn't help much in the end. Bersi and Morgar proved to be very adept at crosshealing, and they went undefeated all three fights. Wasn't much Team 2 could do against a mage and ah lumberjack but that's just the way it was.

We switched teams after that got boring so it looked something like -

Team 1 ~
Key
Morgar

Team 2 ~
Rita
Bersi
Dwarlah

Team 2 won I think 'cause Morgar had some horrible stomach disease and later died. Was probably more 'cause the other team had a mage and melee fighters to defend and support him.

After that we headed off to the orc fort to show the recruit how we kill other stuff. She was substantially better than most recruits knowing how to heal and form. No one fell over in the fort that day and we brought back ah lotta gold.

~ Pickles donated her share of about 3,500 coins to the coffers
