Chapter One: Anger Management

Buttons awoke early one morning in the barracks. As he rose from his slumber he noticed that a vase of flowers had been left at his bed side.

"S'this Rubbish?" Buttons cried as he grabbed the vase and hurled it, The sound of breaking glass and a shriek of pain from a recruit followed.

He gathered his equipment and put on his cap. He tried desperately to remember the evening before. Strolling out of the barracks all the recruits and Juniors gasped at him. Getting a bit curious, Buttons looked to a recruit.

"S'wrong?" Buttons asked.

The Recruit just laughed, this upset Buttons quite a bit. Grabbing a nearby Wolf Buttons began to pummel the recruit Mercilessly. The Pummeling went on for a good thirty minutes before Buttons forgot what he was beating the Recruit for. He soon continued his stroll through town leaving the wolf and recruit in a state of utter confusion.

As Buttons entered the town he again noticed people gasping in shock. Curious again he walked up to one of the town's folk.

"Why's everyone doin that rubbish?!" Buttons asked as he instinctively began shaking the civilian. This shaking as per usual went on for a good thirty minutes before Buttons simply clubbed the Civilian after forgetting what he was asking him.

Strolling to the docks he stopped for a moment. Looking into the water he gasped. Before the realization of what he was gasping at was apparent he made sure to hurl his club at his reflection for good measure. Looking into his reflection horror overcame Buttons.

"Oh mah Gawd!! Mah Beard is Gone!!"
