Unfortunately for those that attended, the parade was relatively short and no-one was awarded any medals. Naturally the guardsmen were somewhat offended by this, I mean how can you be in the Baronship and not be worthy of commendation? The name alone is enough to strike fear into all that would oppose the residents of Cove, but alas, the powers that control administration appeared to think otherwise. At this point Sergio and Cal'ain requested and were granted dismissal, leaving it to the others to venture into Haven and put on a display of Covian prowess.
Our noble leader, Ilyana, was not best pleased with the responses she received from Garrison and myself in regard to standard orders. It would appear that the two of us have become slightly rusty during our time out of service, but nevertheless we did our best. Once the citizens of New Haven had been suitably saturated with leaflets and demonstrations of Baronship excellence we teamed up with the dodgy old man that is Marcus Kobra and set off to an unknown location in Tokuno to demolish some "yellow lasses".

As you can see from my delicate brush strokes, it was not simply ladies of exotic pigment which we were up against, but a veritable legion of demonic foes. Initially we only had to cut through the aforementioned female residents but as we got deeper and deeper into the area we began to attract some serious heat. But never fear, with the leadership of Ilyana we were a disciplined unit and easily overcame the forces we went up against. Our very own Garrison Hawke proved to be the most eager to fight, while Kobra fought as well as he ever did while he was an acting member of the military. By far our most impressive feat was the domination of a group of succubi which we peppered with the corpses of a few elder daemons, just for good measure.
In total a sum of forty four thousand gold coins was raised for the Baronship; thirty three thousand of which was donated to the coffers on behalf of Ilyana, Kobra and Garrison.
What can I say, I like to get paid.
