A plot of land is currently available within Covian borders, as depicted in the sketch below.

This is an enchanting parcel of land and cannot stay unoccupied for long. Prospective structures would have access to the western coast as well as the Covian Shire. A number of neighbouring trees would provide ample shade in the summer months and failing that there is always the chance of a dip in the sea. The town of Cove and the barracks of the Baronship are only moments away in each direction, so shopping and safety are guaranteed.

This spot would lend itself beautifully to a small business or private residence. Perhaps you are a guardsmen working your way through the ranks and looking to live locally; this spot could be yours. Or you could be an enterprising merchant with a view towards trading with the local population and then branching out to other areas of Britannia; this spot could be yours. You may even be looking to house a young family and raise them within the safety of Cove; this spot could be yours.

The claim in question would be handled by the Britannian land registry, who usually have representatives in most carpenter shops across the realm. Upon construction your structure will be chronicled by Covian administration.
