it's the inactive account house demolishing. as far as i know, every account that wasn't active until 31. december 2012, lost their house. EA made this so ppl can't just reactivate for one month just to keep their houses. I actually find this good, so all those house spots kept for years by inactive ppl are no longer

I'm not sure who's home it was next to the barracks but I've preserved the plot with an alternate account. It's ready and waiting for its previous owner or perhaps a new one if they're not interested.

I've just had to demolish my house since the account is expiring tomorrow (30th Jan), so there's a tiny plot for anyone just up (behind) from the Barracks. Think it's a 7x12 or so.
