From some German free-shard I found (not live yet.)

They built a realistic "medieval" world. They have workable trebuchets as well.. Now if only if EA can do the same for UO.. I really think this is the UO everyone has wanted to play for the last 15 years..

How does one wield a flail with three chain-balls? Kas you can be there to set fire to all the ugly paperdolls.  Grin Some of the clothes are taint, but seriousy, how rad is the idea for an actual ankle length tabard/mantle? And the dagged label collar with points on the cotehardie!

I definitely want to play on their server myself, I just need to learn German.. I don't have a problem reading most of it though, it is very simple to read..

And after digging around on their forums.. Found some of their "beta" screenshots.. (seriously, a free-shard in a beta?)

Sorry, have not been checking these forums with BoC dead and all, but yes, that is the 2D client with larger resolution.. Smiley

They have replaced over 80% of the graphics according to their website..

Feck me I love that and crazy how they sorted 2D larger res and Mythic can't!!!

Maybe the future of UO is for the community to band together like these guys and produce something magical. Imagine the press, players create their own game because the creators don't care any more. Damn I love the art style here.
