Bonfire and Firework Display!

(OOC:  Many thanks to all who were able to attend and apologies to any Covians I have missed off the attendance list.  Special thanks go to my fellow Covian Citizens for attending and to Esca flowne and Kelly Sanderson who provided me with the use of a few extra fireworks and the confetti canon. /OOC)

As folk from Vesper, Yew and Cove began to arrive, I encouraged them to assist me with lighting the bonfire to warm the cold evening air!  Once the fire was underway everyone gathered round and the story telling began...

One of my earliest memories when I first came to live in Cove, was of meeting an old Covian woman named Martha, she told me of the ghost that haunts the property that Leanne and Elizabeth both now own, a widow who had hung herself after poisoning her only child!  I related the details of the tale this eve.

Following other horror stories shared by both Leanne and Hoagie, I prepared the attendees for the ensuing firework show.  Some of these fireworks unfortunately backfired!

However, most of them delighted the audience!

Then it was onto Swaggers for their Halloween Party!

I must regretfully inform you that I was not actually present on the eve in question due to official business, however on behalf The Baron and all of Cove, thank you for a lovely evening and grand display of cheer. I look forward to a time when duty shall allow me more leisure to attend such fine events as yours.

I thank ye for thy letter.  I have amended the report and must apologize for the mistake that I have made, I could have sworn that ye were there! Perhaps there is something wrong with my eyesight?  No I think not! Perhaps it was someone dressed up in a halloween costume?  An admirer perhaps?  Someone that wants to be you!  Yes that must be it!  It is a strange world.
