It has come to our attention that the Arcane company has recruited
very little members, alas i decided to close the company to begin a
training squad for the "dark arts".
We have agree'd to allow all guardsmen to undertake these skills upon
completion of a quest given by myself, there are only 3 slots available
for usage of the skill so if you wish the ability, contact me and begin your training.
Who can apply?
Any Guardsman can apply to learn these skills aslong
as you are deemed fit to use them by myself.
When can i get a quest?
If your up to it you could get a quest right now !
How do i apply?

Character wishing to practise the skills, Why you think you deserve them
and your IC reasons for learning them.
