The Green Death

The Green Death is a plague that has recently hit Cove, it is highly lethal but dieing from it would take days and even months without medical care.

The Green Death has spiked the Covian water sources as well as the Covian Farms. So if ye drink any ale, wine or liquor brewed in Cove or if you eat any vegetables grown from the Cove Farms then it is highly likely that you have The Green Death.



Syndroms.

Stage 1

You have just recently gotten infected, your stomach aches and your eyes are sore. Your eyes also swell up becoming quite large and goofy, you may begin to see illusinations and hear voices whisper in your head.


Stage 2.

You have not paid the healers a visit, therefor your eyes are really red and occasionally bleed. Your skin has most likely turned green by now and your saliva tastes like rotten fish. You are very agitated and feel as if everyone is against you, the voices in your head have become louder and the illusinations more frequent. You are very angry at the world and hate runs deep in your veins.


Stage 3.

You have lost all energy in your body which means you are most likely lying in your bed being treated by healers although it may now be too late for it to be cured. All the former syndroms are visible but now you are barely able to talk nor move. If the disease does not go treated you will die a horrible and painfull death.



FYI: Your character is not required to  have caught the Green Death, although we do encourage people to play along. But please do remember, you are not obligated to become sick.

[Kazuo Shinrai]

[IC rumours, your character may or may not be aware of this. If they are, this is all they know]

For countless nights in the past few months, Kazuo Shinrai had locked himself in his alchemy workshop on the second floor of his office. What he had been up to, none really knew. All that was known throughout the Baronship was that Kazuo Shinrai used to be an alchemist by profession and that he occasionally dabbled with brewing strange and curious mixtures. Some of them had even raised the maintaince costs of his office by quite a bit. No one suspected that Kazuo would or should be up to anything, after all he was the Baron's advisor. Yet, some found it rather odd that even though Kazuo came in frequent contact with those who were infected, Kazuo himself did not seem to have any symptoms of having caught the strange new desease. It also may not have go unnotucied that even though Kazuo took an active interrest in the recent phenomenon, did he not offer active assistance in curing or helping to care for those that were infected.
